PØRTAL hosts its regular party Indie Camp on the last Saturday of every month in Tokyo, while live-focused events such as PØRTAL are held on an irregular basis.
We are currently welcoming guest DJs for both formats, depending on the event schedule.

PØRTAL is calling on DJs who live and breathe indie rock, alternative, shoegaze, goth, and darkwave. This is more than just a DJ event—it’s a gathering of sonic explorers pushing the boundaries of underground music.
Whether you’re a seasoned selector or just stepping behind the decks, if you have the passion and the tracks to match, we want to hear from you. No limits on gear—CDJs, vinyl, or digital setups are all welcome. However, we ask that DJing with a pre-made playlist or just a smartphone be avoided. It’s all about your sound, your vision, and the energy you bring to the floor.
